All prices in our webshop include VAT.

All gift voucher orders within the Netherlands are shipped free of charge .
All cosmetic orders over €40 are shipped free of charge .
Cosmetics orders under €40: shipping costs €3.95
Shipping costs to Belgium are €8. Orders over €80 receive free shipping.

The order will be processed as soon as we have received the payment.
Orders with "pay later" (cash on delivery) will be processed immediately. If the products are in stock, the order will be shipped immediately on weekdays (if processed before 3:00 PM) and delivered the next business day in the Netherlands. You will be notified by email.

Delivery is handled by PostNL and is free for orders over €40 within the Netherlands for all cosmetic products (with the exception of cash on delivery, which costs €10 per package). PostNL can usually deliver to the specified address the next business day, except Mondays. Deliveries are made Tuesday through Saturday.

If the delivery service doesn't find you at home, they will leave a message explaining how they will attempt to deliver the package again. If that's not possible, you can collect your package from the post office for three weeks.

For all cosmetics orders you will receive a track & trace code by email.

All orders placed Monday through Friday (within the Netherlands) before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day. With regular mail delivery, you'll receive your products the next business day. If you order over the weekend, you'll usually receive your packages on Tuesday.
Orders to Belgium usually take 2 to 3 working days.

The Sauna van Egmond vouchers are valid for 5 years after purchase.
The Select Wellness Gift Card is valid for 1 year after purchase.

You can redeem your Sauna van Egmond vouchers at Sauna van Egmond in Haarlem and they are valid for 5 years.
You can redeem Select Wellness Gift Vouchers at all accepting companies of the Select Wellness Group Netherlands.

You can use your gift certificates with any amount on them for both saunas and beauty treatments. You can also use them to purchase cosmetic products.
You can use the voucher's value for your visit or purchases at the businesses where it's valid. The full amount of the gift voucher will be deducted from your account. If your purchase is less than the voucher's value, you will receive a new gift voucher for the remaining amount. Please note: we recommend booking your visit in advance.

You can also use gift vouchers for a package deal; the value of the gift voucher (the amount paid for it) will be deducted from your bill.
If you've chosen a Sauna van Egmond gift certificate: You must always reserve your package in advance. You can find the package details here .

No, the gift vouchers are not issued in a name and can be redeemed by anyone.

You can pay with iDeal, Mastercard, and VISA card; with these payment options, the voucher will be sent the same day.
You can also pay with Cash on Delivery. If you choose this option, we will always contact you to prevent misuse. The cost of Cash on Delivery is €10 per shipment.
You can also choose a bank transfer, in which case your order will be shipped as soon as we have received your payment.

Yes, that's possible. You can specify a different delivery address during the ordering process.

If you have a complaint, please contact us at info@saunakadoshop.nl 24/7. You'll always receive a substantive response within 48 hours.
Or call us at 0235252425 daily between 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM. If the operator cannot resolve your complaint, a manager will call you back within 48 hours.

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason. Please ensure the product is returned undamaged, complete, and (if reasonably possible) in its original packaging.

All our products are covered by the statutory warranty. A statutory warranty means that a product must do what a consumer can reasonably expect. There is no time limit attached to this right, as some products last longer than others, and more is expected of some products than others.
